Wear a non-padded bra or fitted top. Wrap the measuring tape directly beneath your bust, where a bra band would sit. Keep the tape level across your back and comfortably snug. Exhale naturally and record the measurement.

Step 2 — Measure Your Bust
Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust, keeping it level across your back and beneath your arms. Keep your arms relaxed and the tape comfortably close without compressing your bust.
Find Your Best Fit
- The band should sit level across your back and feel secure without digging in.
- The cups should contain the bust without gaping, lifting or spilling at the top or sides.
- Adjustable straps should feel comfortably snug and should not carry all the support.
- If you are between sizes, choose according to your preferred coverage and support.
