Refund policy
- If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason return the unused item with original tags to us within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund.
- All items in our SALE section are final sale, they will not be restocked and can not be returned unless faulty or damaged.
- Women's swimwear must have all tags and hygienic liner intact.
- Worn and washed products may be returned if damage is due to manufacture defect.
- Once your return is received at our facility, processing of your return may take up to 7 business days.
- We will send you a confirmation email once we have received your item(s) and the return has been processed.
- If applicable we cannot reimburse original shipping or handling charges.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
