Step 1 — Measure Your Underbust

Wear a non-padded bra or fitted top. Wrap the measuring tape directly beneath your bust, where a bra band would sit. Keep the tape level across your back and comfortably snug. Exhale naturally and record the measurement.

Step 2 — Measure Your Bust

Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust, keeping it level across your back and beneath your arms. Keep your arms relaxed and the tape comfortably close without compressing your bust.
Step 3 — Measure Your Waist

Wrap the measuring tape around the narrowest part of your natural waist. Keep the tape level and comfortably close without pulling it tight.
Step 4 — Measure Your High Hip

Measure around your upper hip, just below your natural waist. Keep the measuring tape parallel to the floor.
Step 5 — Measure Your Bottom/Hip

Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat. Keep the tape level and do not pull it tight.

The suit should sit smoothly through the bust, waist and hips without pulling.
Straps and openings should feel secure without digging into the skin.
If you are between sizes, choose the size that best matches your fullest measurement.
